First and foremost, if I was to ask you if your were satisfied with your life what would be the first answer that pops into your head? A definitive yes? No? I don’t know?

Sadly, many people aren’t really sure and when we hit that 40 something we start to look around and ask if we actually are satisfied or do we need to make changes in our life? I can joke and tell you all that is actually what a woman asks herself when she hits 40 years of age. You can guess what a man is asking himself: ” Can I still get a 25 year old?” And let me tell you the good ones, if they can still pull in a spring chicken they realize that it was not worth it.

Right now the 40 somethings, like myself are GenXers and we really rock. Sure we had some questionable fashion moments, no Elvis or Bowie. Hell, we got hip hop. We got told we will change our careers at least a half dozen times and would not make as much money or have the financial stability that our parents did. We are the generation of one liners. Think Reality Bites.

If you are at this point in your life and contemplating change then this site is for you. I don’t advocate divorce but if you think it is the right path for you I will give your pointers on how to get the ball rolling and rolling in the right direction as opposed to crushing you. If you are looking for a career change, we can work on that. If you have spiritual questions, well on that all I can say is that you will either relate to my vocabulary or you will not. I am not here to convince you of anything except surrender to the guiding voice inside you that you may or may not have been ignoring. We are here to accompany you on your journey.
